New Applications will be accepted Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am until 2:00 pm starting August 11, 2025 and will remain open until March 12, 2026. On March 12, 2026, no applications will be accepted after 11:00 am.
Cash, check, or credit card (with a small transaction fee) is accepted as form of payment for the $20.00 application fee.
